With the kick-off of the New Year, the Harrisburg City Islanders are excited to announce their 2010 schedule.

Looking to build off a 12-9-4 overall record in 2009, the Islanders’ front office has been busy preparing for another action packed season. The United Soccer Leagues Second Division (USL-2) has once again been sanctioned from the United States Soccer Federation, the governing body of soccer in the United States. As a result, the Islanders, and the entire USL-2 will be incorporated into US Soccer’s third division and eligible for the US Open Cup. With the level of professional soccer continuing to grow in the United States, you can expect another exciting season.

The State Capitol

National Civil War Museum

The Harrisburg Senators are a minor league baseball team based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The team, which plays in the Eastern League, is the Double-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals. The Senators play in Metro Bank Park, located on City Island in Harrisburg; originally opened in 1987 as Riverside Stadium, the stadium seats 6,302 fans.
